| | Matt and Joshua,
I owe you guys a debt of gratitude....
I joined Referralware in the middle of May 2004, over the next 9 months I managed to get 4 upgraded members in $1.67 a day, and 3 people who upgraded a dropped out. In my other business opportunities, I had loads of free sign-ups, but no upgrades.
On February 15, 2005, that all changed, I was handed the keys to a Ferrari, instead of my Yugo.
By that I mean I was shown that the difference was in the application, not
the tool at hand. I was shown why and how messages should be presented. Now
instead of pleading with people to take action, I can build a relationship.
I no longer worry about what or when they will act, I show them why what I
am offering is a value. They have the choice to make then, and the knowledge
available to them so that they can judge it correctly. In the past 4 weeks,
I have seen a doubling of my upgrades in $1.67 a day, people signing up for
advertising, and paid upgrades in Referralware. I have had a 10 fold
increase in responses to e-mails from what I had in the past 9 months. In the
first 8 days of the Referralware cycle, I am already 10% over what I made in
commissions in all of last month. In the members area, we are all working
together to build a community of like minded individuals that will help each
other as we iron out all the bugs that we come across. We are building a
network of people that will be available to help those that come behind
understand and utilize the tools that are now at their disposal. I now have
the confidence to set a Do or Die date to complete a set goal, and then make
it happen! I have seen the ability of the Coaching To Profits to help me
duplicate the results that Matt has had. What does this all mean? It means
that I now am learning to fish rather than depending on someone giving me a
fish. I can now concentrate on building a sense of trust that my contacts
have in the things that I promote to them. My contact database is becoming
hyper-responsive. And it only goes up from here. I have decided to climb the
mountain, and will lead those that are willing to go to whatever level they
aspire to. Along the way, I will encourage them to go further than their
vision allowed them to see when they first began the journey, just as I was
encouraged. My vision of what catching fish comprises has changed. Now,
instead of envisioning a solitary fish on a line being added to a creel, I
envision a net full of fish being dumped into the hold of the ship, and
other nets full of fish waiting their turn to be dumped likewise. Are you
ready to get on the ship with me?
